Mr. Jeong prepares and prosecutes patent applications, and handles other IP matters. He specializes in patent applications in the mechanical and electro-mechanical fields. He also has experience rendering legal opinions on issues of patent validity and patent infringement, in patent infringement litigation, and in translating Korean patent applications into English and reformatting them for filing in the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Mr. Jeong is admitted to the bar in New York. He is a member of the American Intellectual Property Lawyers Association. Mr. Jeong also is a registered patent attorney in Korea and a member of the Asia Patent Attorneys Association. He has five years experience as a patent attorney at Korean law firms, from 1998 when he passed the Korean patent bar examination, until 2003. Based on his experience in both Korea and the United States, he effectively assists Korean individuals and businesses with various intellectual property matters in the United States.
