Steven M. Rabin
Founder
Mr. Rabin's principal legal activities include preparation and prosecution of patent applications, and rendering legal opinions on issues of patent validity and patent infringement. He also has substantial experience in trademark and copyright matters, client counseling, patent infringement litigation, settlement negotiations, and patent reexamination and reissue proceedings. Mr. Rabin has been in the intellectual property field since 1978.
Mr. Rabin has lectured often on U.S. patent law and regulations in the United States and other countries. Mr. Rabin has provided extensive training to many U.S. patent attorneys and foreign patent professionals temporarily resident in the United States. He has been a member of the American Intellectual Property Lawyers Association, since 1978, and a member of the American Bar Association.
