William E. Curry

William Curry has practiced patent law since 1998. Mr. Curry has handled all aspects of a patent's progress to allowance and issue, including developing and fleshing out an initial inventive concept, analyzing legal issues involved, drafting and filing a patent application, and prosecuting the application aggressively and efficiently to issuance as a patent. He has counseled clients on a wide range of matters, including, for example, patent application filing strategies, patent valuation, validity/invalidity, infringement/non-infringement and portfolio acquisition. He has been involved in patent reissues, interferences and reexaminations.
Prior to beginning his legal career, Mr. Curry also worked for a number of years in the computer industry, and was a systems analyst and systems engineer.
